So fun little fact this toon was partially created as an excuse to put the voice in something x3

The main heavy lifting of the effect was with a tool I found called a MultiBandHarmonizer. I found that one of the settings on it created a cool glitchy and stuttering quality that when fine tuned and applied a few times at different settings could replicate the glitchy echo N.Gin had in 2, 3, and Team Racing.

I then threw in some Phaser modulation and Distortion filter into the mix to enhance it a little bit, and my first tests with the effect were initially on Nolan North's performance from Tag Team Racing
